Day 1: Kochi- Periyar
Arrive via flight to Kochi from Mumbai, from where you shall be assisted from the airport and transferred to the Spice village resort village- resident of "vaidya" ayurveda doctor for consultation.
Day 2-8:
Ayurvedic Therapy
at Spice Village You will endure to the seven days Ayurvedic therapy under the constant supervision and guidance of the resident doctor; during the consultation you will get a detail description of your diet and schedule of the activities included in the therapy. To get the best results avoid any drugs, alcohol, tobacco, and practice strict green diet. The therapy includes a set procedure of herbal massage, steam baths, and yoga. This regular practice will relax your muscles, put you in a soul-soothing mode. You can explore yourself and discover the power of life, light, and love that will ultimately lead you to the healthier life.
Ayurveda will teach you the three energies Vata, Pitta, and Kapla and through Ayurveda recognize its power of harmonizing your inner self by countering destructive and negative force with positive outlook and actions. Day 9- 10: Periyar
Periyar is an ultimate destination to explore the Kumily spice market and boat cruise through the world famous wildlife sanctuary. The Kumily spice market is the hub of exotic spices; fine silk, handloom fabrics rosewood and sandalwood items.
Trekking through the jungles of Kumily, or cycling on the hilly territory are some other recreation activities one can indulge in. for an overnight stay one can chose hotels near Periyar

Day 11: Munnar
The following two days we will devote to the Munnar- Kumarakom tour.
We shall drive to our next destination Munnar, it is also known as the "Tea Town" of Kerala because of its trailing tea plantations. The enchanting beauty of Munnar and the enthralling climate is perfect for visiting the plantations and enjoy the boat ride. Also we shall guide you to Pallivasal, Nyayamakad waterfall for sightseeing. Munnar is also the place for adventurous trekking experience on the highest peak of south India - Anamudi.
Overnight stay at an authentic resort will gear you up for the journey next day.
Day12: Kumarakom
Kumarakom is situated on the banks of lake Vembanad from where we shall sail towards the coconut lagoon on a boat. Here you shall visit the old keralan home collectively costumed as an eco- friendly resort. Experience the tradition of "Conquering Coconut." navigate through the backwaters in the houseboat along the Vembanad lake visit the water world and pick some kerala traditional crafts.
The resort here on the ridge of the lake is good option for some yoga and meditation sessions. For adventure lovers fishing and swimming are available choices.
Day 13: Backwaters
We shall cruise through the backwaters in cozy houseboat for some more farm visit and spent the night on the houseboat.
Day 14-15: Kochi
Arrive at Kochi is an important trading center for spices, also called the "Queen of the Arabian sea." To make the optimum utilization of your stay in Kochi we shall guide you to Syro-Malabar Church one of the 22 Suiiuris Eastern Catholic Churches and the St.Antony's shrine at Kaloor. Also visit the historic Vasco da Gama Square to taste some delicious seafood.
The famous Kochi carnival celebrated at the fort Kochi during the last ten days of December is quite alluring. In the evening you can relish the Kochi cuisine that is characterized by the abundance of coconut and spices with Kathakali dance performance.
Following day we shall visit the ancient Mattancherry (Dutch) Palace and the Hill Palace famous for the beautiful paintings patronized by Maharajas of Kochi who themselves were scholars in various epics and encouraged art. The amazing Chinese fishing nets operating on the principles of physics is another attraction. Take back some Handicraft items as souvenirs available in wide selections. Rosewood carved items like Lamp stands, Bookends, or ecological sensitive items made of coconut shell like the hookahs, power box, lampshades made of bamboo are among the few options.
